    Second Neuberg Circle

    Definition

    The second Neuberg circle is the circumcircle of the second Neuberg triangle. The center has center function α = (-a^8 - b^2 a^6 - c^2 a^6 + b^4 a^4 + c^4 a^4 + 3b^2 c^2 a^4 + 4b^2 c^4 a^2 + 4b^4 c^2 a^2 + 2b^4 c^4)/a, which is not a Kimberling center. Its radius is slightly complicated. The circle function is a but complicated and does not correspond to a Kimberling center. No Kimberling centers lie on the second Neuberg circle.
